Sunlight focusing on the beauty of the Grand Canyon
My husband, myself and our friends decided to take a trip west to see some of the National Parks for our 45th wedding anniversary. We had only 3 days in the Grand Canyon before we headed out to our next location.
We had taken the train in, so we didn't have use of a car to be able to travel to some of the iconic spots of the Grand Canyon. It was slated to rain every day we were there, but I think Mother Nature gives us a fantastic view in all situations. I had already taken some of the sunrise pictures before getting to this site. The clouds were moving in fast. But this one spot fascinated me! The way one sunlight was making it through the clouds and shedding light on some of the rocks that were in shadow was fantastic.
I would love to go back one day and spend more time. But I am grateful for the amount of time I did have and to have witnessed God's beauty.
